CAST ALUMINUM

The Aluminum Sand Cast Method

We use 100% Recycled Aluminum in the construction of our Statues.

Scrap Wheels, transmissions,  engine blocks, and construction material are some of the products that we re-utilize to make our beautiful Works of Art.

We melt the material down and use the sand cast method which entails making many pieces the welding them together. Often in this process other producers use a product called Bondo to fill the cracks. We weld 100% of our pieces together to ensure the highest quality Aluminum Statue on the market. No other manufacturer uses this method. This process costs more but the finished product is of highly superior quality. After grinding and sanding we apply a primer coat of metal paint and then other colors to bring our statues to life.

STATUE PAINTING

We strive to give you the best paint jobs available. We can use many methods to ensure a high-quality finish on the statues.

We can powder coat in several colors. This process is usually used only when we want a one color statue.

In other cases we use high quality metal paint such as Rustoleum and Tremclad to give multicolor finishes.

Hand painted by professional artists. We would love to match your new purchase with a beloved horse from your past.

STATUE SAFETY

Statues are often heavy and often they are used as play things. A 200 to 4,500 pound Statue can inflict a lot of damage if it falls on someone or something.

We always suggest that you secure your statue as much as you can.

We have chosen to put large bases or plates on most of our statues. This will give them extra stability when unexpected riders or weather elements happen.

In addition we suggest that you anchor them down with either bolts or rebar to ensure stability.
